Q) What do I need to run?
A) You must have a Pro Seller Account on the amazon venue you wish to reprice,
you need a windows pc with a broadband internet connection to run the repricer on.
Q) Can i use my own inventory file?
A) Yes, it must be in the same format as your Open Listing Report.
Q) Do I need SKU's?
A) No, but you are limited to the item by item update mode.
Q) Can I run behind a NAT router?
A) Yes, there are no incomming connections.
Q) Can I run a firewall?
A) Yes, it is recommended to use Windows XP firewall.
Q) I've installed Norton now it wont work?
A) Norton has been known to interfere with the system,
this is a sign norton is not configured correctly.
Another common reason is leaving two firewalls on at once,
this is not recommended as many programs will be affected.
Q) Why wont my inventory wont download?
A) are you an Amazon Pro Seller? Try manually downloading an open listing report.
Once you have this load it into the program on the inventory tab.
If you can do it manually run the automatic download again and it will work.
