Get started with 7 Easy Steps

LOGIN

When you first run the program it will ask you for your account Username and Password,
these you chose when registering with our website.

Setup your Accounts

The first, and most important step, is to setup your amazon account details so that your orders
can be retrieved. To do this, click the settings button and select the 'Venue User Details' tab,
Choose your Venue From the Venue Drop down box, enter your Username & Password in the dialogs,
and the message you want printed on the end of the dispatch notes.
Once you have entered these details, click the apply button.


Setup General, Email & Printing Options

Printing Options
To setup your printing options, select the Printing Options tab.

Print Pick Lists with Dispatch Notes
Check this allows you to print pick lists when you print dispatch Notes, it is recomended have this checked.


Printing Settings
Pick List Printing Mode
This allows you to choose which method to use to print your pick lists.
  • Direct Printing Using the default internal template
    (Recomended for Beginners)
    .
  • Export Mail Merge File, this exports a CSV file you can use to mail merge.
  • OLE Open Office Mail Merge, use your own Open Office Mail merge document to generate Pick Lists.

Delivery Note Printing Mode
This allows you to choose which method you want to use to print your dispatch notes.

  • Direct Printing Using the default internal template
    (Recomended for Beginners)

  • Export Mail Merge File, this exports a CSV file you can use to mail merge.
  • OLE Open Office Mail Merge, use your own Open Office Mail merge document to generate Dispatch Notes

Confirmation Email Options
Once you have set your printing options, you should select the Confirmation Email Options tab to set the email you wish to be sent out to confirm Dispatch
.

Outgoing Email Account Settings
  • SMTP Server - Your outgoing Email Server
  • Email Address - Your Email Address
  • UserName - Your Outgoing Email UserName
  • Password - Your Outgoing Email UserName

Email Template

  • Email Subject - The subject of the email
  • Order Line - One inserted for each order line
  • Email Body - The main Body Template of the email to be sent.
 

Retrieve all orders from your venue for the first time


After you have setup your accounts, its easy to retrieve your orders,
just click the Get New Orders button, the program will generate and download all new orders.

Mark already dispatched orders to Dispatched status

Highlight all orders listed that you have already dispatched and emailed,
then right click and select the new status.

Print Pick List & Outstanding Dispatch Notes


After you have setup your accounts, its easy to retrieve your orders,

just click the Dispatch Notes button and based on your options,

it will then print the Pick List and Dispatch Notes for all outstanding orders.

Send Dispatched Emails


Once you have packed and dispatched the items,
just click the 'Send Dispatched Emails' button,
this will then send dispatch confirmation emails to all the customers.

Sit back and wait for more orders

Once you have dispatched and sent the emails, all you need to do is sit back and wait for more orders.
